Trey Harris is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CDM7. Mr. Harris is fully involved in the day to day business interactions; from pre-construction to final close out. He believes that true growth cannot be achieved, without the interaction of team members sharing and closely relying on one another. Mr. Harris stated: “We are going to be successful in this business because we stay ahead of the game, we work hard and have fun doing it, and take care of the people that give us an opportunity; it’s as simple as that!”

Prior to founding CDM7, Mr. Harris has held various operational roles throughout the construction industry. Rising from the ranks of Office Engineer to General Manager, Mr. Harris has completed over 2.6 million sq. ft. of space, at over 625 million dollars and worked with the following clients: Exxon Mobil, Hines, The Moody Foundation, Harris Health, and Cy-Fair ISD. Mr. Harris is a Navy Veteran, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
