Our leadership
As President and Chief Executive Officer of CDM7, Trey Harris is actively engaged in every stage of the business, from preconstruction planning through final project closeout. He believes lasting success comes from teamwork and a commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues. His leadership philosophy emphasizes working hard and maintaining a culture where people take pride in the work they do.
Before founding CDM7, Mr. Harris had extensive experience in the construction industry, holding roles from Office Engineer to General Manager. Throughout his career, he has managed the completion of more than 2.6 million square feet of projects, valued at over $625 million. His portfolio includes collaborations with prominent organizations such as ExxonMobil, Hines, The Moody Foundation, Harris Health, and Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.
Mr. Harris is also a proud US Navy veteran. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
