Emancipation Park Phase II

Project overview
Served as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the $18.5 million Emancipation Park Expansion in Houston’s Third Ward, a major civic and cultural improvement project focused on expanding community programming and performance capacity. The project includes construction of a new outdoor performance stage with supporting back-of-house facilities, renovation of the existing cultural center with upgraded technology and event spaces, and associated site and infrastructure improvements, enhancing one of Houston’s most historically significant public parks while maintaining ongoing park operations.

















Aldine ISD Davis High Stadium Upgrade

Project overview
Converted a former practice grass field into a 2,500-seat competition stadium featuring a synthetic turf football field, new 8-lane competition track, and press box. The project also included construction of a 3,500 SF concession and support building with restrooms and storage, delivering a modern, multi-use athletic facility for school and community events.












ATP Rabon Chapel Batting Cages

Project overview
New construction of a 12,000 SF indoor training facility designed to support athlete development from youth through professional levels. The project included eight pitching stalls, dedicated video analysis rooms, administrative offices, a parent lounge, and a retail pro shop, along with construction of an associated parking lot. The facility provides a modern, multi-functional environment for training, instruction, and customer engagement.










City of League City Burd House Renovation

Project overview
Renovation of the historic Burd House, originally owned by Railroad Commissioner Burd, included full exterior sanding and removal of lead-based paint using specialized HEPA vacuum containment to protect an adjacent active playground. The exterior was restored with a three-coat marine-grade paint system for long-term durability while preserving the home’s historic character. The project also included repairs to the ADA-accessible ramp and stairs to ensure safety and code compliance.


Prairie View A & M University Monument Sign

New construction of a signature monument sign located along the main highway entrance to Prairie View A&M University, serving as a prominent gateway feature for the campus. The project included custom stone and brick masonry designed to reflect the university’s architectural character, along with high-quality Italian light fixtures to illuminate the sign and enhance nighttime visibility. Additional scope included site preparation, foundations, electrical infrastructure, and landscape integration, delivering a durable and visually impactful landmark that strengthens campus identity and first impressions.
